Spring 2026 Food Polaroid Photos

Here are some of favorite recent food Polaroid photos. All of these were taken while eating out with natural light, hand held, and manual focus. I am just starting to get used to food photography on Polaroid, the camera upgrade really has helped. First, we start with some tasty dishes from Lebanese restaurant Beirut. We usually get some sort of vegetarian platter to share, then my husband will get a kebab or something on the side.

Next up is Mayday Ice Cream. I am a bit snobby when it comes to ice cream, and have been wanting to try this place for a long time. Totally worth the wait, I will be back! My husband and I split the small 6 scoops with waffle chips while my mother in law got two scoops (her eyes were bigger than her stomach, lol!).

Bartaco is another great date spot. The sun was getting a bit low by the time we received our food, so I am only sharing these delicious taco photos. Mine were the mushroom tacos, while my husband had some sort of meat.

For Mother's Day, we had the chance to try the River & Post brunch. I had the vegan waffle with seitan, Uncle Danny had the Steak Tostada Bowl, and Eric had Chicken Fried Steak. The lighting wasn't very good on the other side of the table, but their dishes also looked gorgeous!

Whenever I go to one of my husband's family parties, I treat myself to an alcoholic drink or two. Usually it's Jack & Coke. I had my first test pack of the new Purple Reclaimed Film in my SX-70. It came out a bit dark, but it's an experimental film and I am enjoying playing with it!

As a final bonus, I want to share this double exposure Polaroid Go photo of my sweet husband at our all-time favorite date spot, The Casbah. I usually don't get photos of food here because it is more of a dinner date for us. We had our first date here and it's forever in my heart!
