Abandoned Space Shuttle External Fuel Tank

I had been wanting to photograph this ridiculous beast for quite some time, and as we were driving by one day with excellent weather, my husband surprised me with a detour. This humongous tank is located on the edge of Green Cove Springs off the St. John's River. Photos were done with auto point-and-shoot style. I am finding myself wondering if these deep blues have been from a camera upgrade or if Polaroid has upgraded their film chemistry.
