Experience the magic of Polaroid photography with a personal photo shoot. Get that nostalgic retro look with #nofilter necessary! We can either shoot in my private studio or on location. Maybe you want to add some vintage aesthetic photos to your home. Perhaps you want to jazz up your social media. Create a retro couples shoot to announce your engagement. Your high school senior is graduating? Or possibly you are a professional model looking to expand your portfolio.
There is nothing like capturing a moment onto a physical artifact. In a world where most people have their images filtered through a screen, the Polaroid stands out. Because each shot is one-and-done, I have gained confidence intentionally shooting over 'pray and spray' style digital shoots, crafting each image as a work of art.
This base listing is for a 2 hour photo shoot and includes 24 exposures of classic Polaroid film. You can bring as many outfits as you think we can fit during out allotted time. I would suggest 2 outfits but have been able to fit in more with motivated clients.
During the shoot, more film will be available for purchase at $20 per box. Keep in mind that every shot won't be perfect, but that's part of the fun with Polaroid - it's an art that celebrates the unexpected and quirky moments in life. Unlike many other "Polaroid" shoots out there, I only use genuine Polaroid film straight from the warehouse. No fake frames, no filters, no tricks - just the real deal!
You can take the images home right away or you can opt to receive digital scans (this is currently at no extra charge). You will not receive your images right away if you want scans. Although you can take a peek before we part, I like to wait for Polaroid's colors to fully develop before scanning. This is not like digital photography, and although the photos are instant, it will require some patience. If you are picking up your images, it will take 2-3 weeks. If you're planning on shipping your photos, it'll take around 4-5 weeks since Polaroids need to be safeguarded for 30 days to maintain their integrity. I am allowed to keep up to 2 Polaroids for my portfolio.
This listing is only for photos at my private studio in Orange Park or LOCAL shoots in the greater Jacksonville, FL metro with no provided props and a simple background (or outdoor location). There is a non-refundable $50 film deposit (included in the cost).
